Phoebe has been struggling with her finances lately. She’s a fashion influencer, but her channel hasn’t been growing lately. Packed with debts and student loans, the sweet and shy tries to steal some accessories for a new video/outfit, getting caught in the act. Officer Rusty feels sorry for the poor girl’s situation and offers to let her go in exchange for a little fun together.
